Easy, Breezy Summer Uniform
Hello, summer! I’m officially out on summer vacation AND we’re moving this week! Can you believe it?! Lately, I am all about anything that will keep me cool and comfortable as our temperatures have been sitting in the high nineties. Even shorts have the tendency to get sticky and sweaty, so I always find myself reaching for a lightweight and breezy dress. This one is from Yaqar Collective, our friend’s new online clothing boutique. It’s everything I need right now: lightweight linen, loose and comfy, and can be worn in so many ways. I belted it for an afternoon of lunch and errands, but I’m also thinking it would be so cute as a swimsuit coverup! Paired with neutral accessories, it’s a fool proof look that can work anytime.
Since the online boutique is brand new, you can use the code LAUNCHDAY to receive 15% off your first order! She has so many cute things; from dresses to statement earrings, it’s an affordable online women’s boutique that also offers free shipping.
Moving This Thursday!
It feels surreal that these are our last few days here in San Antonio in our sweet little house. The movers arrive this Thursday to pack everything up. I think we’re both ready at this point, even though it is a sad goodbye. I know it’ll be a quick turnaround for us to get moved, unpacked, and feel settled before I have to start work at my new school in early August. It’ll be a short summer for sure, but we know we’ve got lots to keep us busy!
I’ll probably be sharing a little bit more home content than usual, simply because that’s where we are in life right now. We’ve got a new home to build and I’m really excited to show you guys some of the “before” and “after” photos once we get going with changes and renovations. Additionally, I think this house is just going to feel so different from our San Antonio one because of its age, character, and layout. After this week, we’ll take just a little time off to regroup and then hopefully come back with some fun updates for you! If there’s anything specific you’d like to see here on the blog, be sure and let us know!
