Cinco De Mayo Margarita Recipes:
Wanted to do a fun Friday post since Cinco De Mayo is this weekend! As San Antonio residents, we love any excuse to go out for a margarita. This classic recipe is great, but we tried to round up a few unique Cinco De Mayo margarita recipes for something special and different. All of these look amazing and we hope you find one that you can make together this weekend for a refreshing beverage.
Pink Grapefruit Margarita

I’m all about this pink grapefruit margarita. Refreshing, tart, and just enough of a spin on the classic to make it feel a little different. Made with fresh grapefruit juice, this recipe is authentic and delicious.

Blueberry Lime Margarita

I’m so curious about this one! Not only is the color fabulous, but the idea of blueberries in a margarita has me so intrigued. If you make it, let me know how it is with a comment below!!

Sangria Swirl Margarita

This is actually very similar to one of my favorite margaritas in town (Aldacos Mexican restaurant has their own version). I love the swirl of Sangria mixed with the classic lime. Garnish with fruit and a sugared rim.

Mango Margarita

Ever since I vacationed in Cancun, I’ve been in love with mango margaritas. If a restaurant has one on their menu, I’m bound to choose it over the classic. The flavor is so good and fresh if you use real mango juice.

Hibiscus Margarita

I’ve had hibiscus tea before but never a hibiscus margarita! The color is gorgeous and I feel like this would be such a refreshing recipe to have on hand for summer.

Skinny Blackberry Margarita

Again, another great summer recipe, especially when blackberries come into season! This one is easy to garnish and would be easy to serve as a signature cocktail for a party or event.

Pink Champagne Margarita

Love how they dressed this in a champagne glass! For all those blush weddings or showers, this would be a beautiful drink to serve. It just looks so pretty!

Strawberry Basil Margarita

This isn’t the first time I’ve heard of a recipe using strawberry and basil together. The flavors are a surprising pair but work well. I’m excited to try this one with basil from my herb garden!
