Ya’ll know we love a good date night! We’ve got all of our date night ideas collected here on the blog and we love posting inspiration for to get you fired up about an activity with your spouse. I’m always searching for a great dress to wear on a date, but more importantly, one that doesn’t break the bank. I’ve never been one to show too much skin, but one area that I’m totally fine exposing is my back. I love the look of a backless dress or top and think it’s unexpectedly sexy. This little dress comes in black and navy, fits at the waist, and leaves your back exposed, making it perfect for a summer date night.

O Necklace Giveaway!

I was so excited when O Necklace approached us about working together! To be honest, I’d been wanting a Roman numeral necklace with our anniversary date on it for a long time. I love layering gold necklaces together and this one just seemed so meaningful. Wearing our wedding date around my neck is a special reminder of our day and our relationship in marriage. Special pieces of jewelry like this are always my favorite because they hold the most importance and tell a story. When we met almost three years ago, it didn’t take long for us to figure out that we wanted to be together forever. It’s funny how a simple piece of jewelry can make you remember that every time you put it on.

Undergarment Solutions For A Backless Dress

I had to speak just a minute about backless dresses in general and what to wear underneath. Obviously, a bra is out of the question when your back is completely exposed. I just discovered these sticky covers on Wikibuy (a site that compares prices everywhere and finds you the best deal). I’ve been able to get a lot of use out of them lately, especially in the summer months. They’re reusable too and I’ve had no problems with them falling off.
