B: Katherine brought this shirt home due to its tropical and colorful nature, thinking that it would be a perfect option for summer. She was absolutely correct. The pink, red, and blue parrots seem like a playful option fit for any occasion. We packed it for Charleston thinking that it would fit right in with the beautiful colors of the extravagant homes and bold blooms. Charleston seems to have reached its summer temperatures and we were melting with humidity. I was thankful that Katherine planned ahead and packed several short sleeve shirt options for the trip.
K: This bell sleeve top is such a great piece for spring and summer. The striped fabric is so soft; it actually feels like you’re wearing pajamas. The exaggerated sleeves give it a playful nature and I found myself swinging my arms constantly just to watch the bell sleeves move. In the spring and summer months, I always need tops like this for dinners out. In San Antonio, the AC is blasted at many stores to compensate for the scorching temperatures outside. It’s always a good idea to bring a sweater or wear something on your sleeves so that you don’t freeze during dinner or an evening out. I know this is a top that I’ll reach for all summer long. I’ve linked a few other options below so that you can shop the look for yourself.
On Katherine: Nordstrom top (sold out, similar here and here), H&M pants, monogram necklace, similar flats, Target sunglasses
